Insurance Disclaimer

We are not an insurer, agency or broker
This site is a research and education publisher. We are not licensed to transact insurance in any state, we do not bind coverage, and nothing here is an offer to sell insurance.
Coverage schedules are a starting point
The engine applies published statutory thresholds and common contract requirements to the inputs you provide. It cannot see your actual contracts, payroll records, loss history, subcontractor agreements, lease terms or licensing board conditions — any of which can raise or lower what you actually need. Treat the output as a checklist to review with a licensed agent, not as a determination of compliance.
Premium figures are estimates
Cost ranges are built from published carrier and marketplace benchmarks adjusted by a state cost index. They are modelled ranges, not quotes. Your actual premium is set by a carrier after underwriting and can fall outside any range shown here.
Law changes; verify before relying
Workers' compensation thresholds, statutory auto minimums and licensing bond requirements change by legislative session and by regulatory action. Each figure carries a source and verification date, and we re-verify on a 180-day cycle — but check the primary source and your own contract before making a decision. Read the methodology for how each field is sourced.
Advertising and partner compensation
Some links are paid partner links and the site displays third-party advertising. That compensation does not influence which coverages are shown as required; those are driven by statute and standard contract language.
